In a bid to rebuild the struggling construction industry, The Federal Government recently announced the HomeBuilder grant.

The program may help you if you’re looking to build a new house, including first home buyers, or renovate an existing home thanks to a $25,000 grant. It may also provide support if you own a construction or building company.

However, there are a few conditions that affect both parties associated with the grant, including that construction must commence within three months of the contract date.
