The way I explain the importance of starting with ‘Why’ to business owners is like this. Imagine you were interviewing me to be your new advisor and you asked me what we do at SiDCOR, I would give you two responses. One starting with ‘What’, and one starting with ‘Why’; and then I’d like you to tell me which one you were more connected with and which one would make you want to do business with me. Here we go:
